Yogourmet 'Probiotic' Starter
The Yogourmet ‘Probiotic’ starter allows you to make homemade, gut loving, probiotic rich yogurt, as it contains two additional probiotic strains; Lactobacillus casei and Bifidobacterium (Bifidus) longum.
L. casei to strengthen immune health and B. longum to promote regularity. Feel the probiotic health benefits with 100 billion live and active bacteria per 100g serving of homemade yoghurt.
- Pack contains 18 x 3 gram sachets (54 grams)
- Makes up to 36 Liters of yogurt.

Machine is lovely and easy to use. Directions on how to make it were very conflicting.. site say “ 1/4” cup of starter?!! That would be like 8 packs of the starter sold online.. somewhere else it said I pack to 2 qts. The directions on box said I pkg per qt of milk so I went with that and hope it’s right. Please clarify the recipe!

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. the 1/4 cup recipe is if you are using a store bought yogurt as a starter, so different recipe. If you are using the Yogourmet powdered starter, then it is simply one 3gram sachet for up to 2L of milk : ))
