Works a treat. My L Reuteri yoghurt is beautiful!
I have been using now for a few Week to make L. Reuteri and L. Gasseri and some greek yoghurt in between. I have found I get better results if I preheat the milk to the required temperature before starting the process. The only issue is not having enough containers to make product in. I have two 2 litre jars but with more members in the family that is not enough. You really need two containers for each type of product you are making. That would be perfect.
My yoghurt came out really well! especially the second batch.
Great product, I use this to ferment my yogurt.
