This is the second round but it’s not working. I’ve tried L returi also.
No trouble at all. I heated the milk to 80 degrees and no separation. Excellent product. Note the different temperatures required for different strains. I ferment Bill Davis' SIBO yoghurt as individual ferments rather than as a single.pot.
I absolutely loved this product. They recommend for guy health and it is making a big difference in my overall health and digestion
I had good results with the L Gasseri starter using organic UHT milk in Australia. I had to research a bit as in US the choice of milk is different and using organic full cream milk just caused separation. Having made kefir this did not phase me too much but UHT worked well and is available in Australian supermarkets. I have since successfully combined this with L Reuteri and also done further ferments using the last batch. I used organic agave inulin powder for good results.
