We want to make any warranty claim as simple as possible for you. All you need to do is contact us at support@luvele.com.au and provide us information about the problem you are having with your item. We may suggest some troubleshooting ideas to establish whether or not the issue can be fixed without a return. Photos of the fault may be requested if and where appropriate, and if it will ensure a faster resolution. Generally any issue will be considered for repair or replacement. We appreciate your patience and communication throughout the process and will always look at offering you the best solution.

If you purchase a Luvele product and then change your mind for whatever reason, you can return the product at your own cost within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note; the returned item must be brand new and unopened. If the item has been opened, used or damaged in anyway, then a refund will not be approved.

Haven’t put them in yet, as I put new ones in then I ordered more. I have had a few cry vac over the years, and this one is by far the best. I don’t get more than 10 seals before I have to wait until it cools down, But it is the best sealing machine I’ve had.

I needed to replace the gasket seals on my Luvele Vacuum Sealer. I have used this sealer extensively without any issues up to this point in time. First off, I didn't think they doyou stick the and secondly I thought that I'd be looking to pay an arm and a leg for this crucial gasket. Instead, for the price of a couple of coffees, the deal was done. It also included postage. I couldn't be happier, with Luvele's after sales service. Well done team
