For such a simple thing, it can actually be quite hard to find a good smoothie recipe that ticks all of the boxes. Whether there are too many ingredients, it’s too sweet or it’s packed with expensive extras, something that’s meant to be easy becomes a little too hard. 

Here are 3 simple smoothies for you to add to your repertoire that you can make in the Vibe Blender. They’re balanced, healthy, they’re dairy free and they don’t have endless ingredients.

These will all make a large single portion. Multiple the recipe accordingly to serve more people. They’re all made in the same way. It’s as easy as putting all of the ingredients into the blender jug and blending on smoothie mode for 20 seconds.

Simple green smoothie

EASY GREEN SMOOTHIE

250ml/1 cup cold coconut water 
Large handful baby spinach 

1/4 fresh or frozen avocado 
1/2 frozen banana 

Method 

Put all ingredients into the blender jug and blend on smoothie mode for 20 seconds. 

mango macadamia and ginger smoothie

Mango, Macadamia and Ginger 

250ml/1 cup cold, unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
1/2 frozen or fresh mango (1 mango cheek)

1/2 frozen banana
Small handful macadamia nuts
1cm cube fresh ginger
1 tablespoon probiotic yoghurt of choice  

Method 

Put all ingredients into the blender jug and blend on smoothie mode for 20 seconds.

peanut butter and banana smoothie

Peanut Butter and Banana 

250ml/ cup cold, unsweetened oat milk 
1/2 frozen banana

1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds 
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder 

Method 

Put all ingredients into the blender jug and blend on smoothie mode for 20 seconds.
