We want to make any warranty claim as simple as possible for you. All you need to do is contact us at support@luvele.com.au and provide us information about the problem you are having with your item.

We may suggest some troubleshooting ideas to establish whether or not the issue can be fixed without a return. Photos of the fault may be requested if and where appropriate, and if it will ensure a faster resolution.

Generally any issue will be considered for repair or replacement. We appreciate your patience and communication throughout the process and will always look at offering you the best solution.

If you purchase a Luvele product and then change your mind for whatever reason, you can return the product at your own cost within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note; the returned item must be brand new and unopened. If the item has been opened, used or damaged in anyway, then a refund will not be approved.
